I was driving today, and there happen to be 2 vintage 1940's transit buses running around, anyone know what was the occasion? Never seen them running before
^ yeah, this is similar when Translink system fails and decides to skip 2 buses on me, and then 3 come in a row, and I'm 25 mins late for work.
Or how about you wait around forever, only to have three of the same buses come all in a row? Happens especially with the trolley buses.
Had to take the 007 Nanaimo bus at Hastings yesterday, and it's supposed to come every 12-15 minutes. I sat there for a good half hour, while another lady was there for another 15 minutes before that. How the hell is it that a bus doesn't come for 45 minutes when it's supposed to come every 12-15? Of course, when it came, there another one right behind it... and even more fail is the driver in front didn't even tell the passengers to get on the second bus so that he can catch up to the schedule a bit and space himself out from the second bus... he just let all the people that had been waiting for the last 45 minutes, therefore creating even more of a backlog for the buses behind it.

or when the 98-B line was still in service. I would wait during off-peak hours for a northbound bus, then two busses show up and I'm like . When the bus drivers get here it was obvious both of them were having a coffee and then decided to do a roll out together
Wow I saw this too exactly where the OP was taking the picture at the same time I was around there.
what car were u driving? i was in a mk2 jetta. I saw the same bus again that night on 41 and grandville. props to the bus driver for 41 years of dealing with public transit "entertainment"

Don't get me started. I waited 2 hours for the 7 Nainaimo bus on Dunbar St. couple years ago.

Ezekiel 25:17. The path of the righteous man is beset on all sides by the inequities of the selfish and the tyranny of evil men. Blessed is he who, in the name of charity and good will, shepherds the weak through the valley of the darkness. For he is truly his brother's keeper and the finder of lost children. And I will strike down upon thee with great vengeance and furious anger those who attempt to poison and destroy my brothers. And you will know I am the Lord when I lay my vengeance upon you.
