An attractive New York banker is suing her former employer, Citibank, claiming she was fired for being too hot.

According to the New York Post, Debrahlee Lorenzana claims she was pushed out of her job because Citibank execs thought she was "too distracting" for male colleagues.

Lorenzana was reportedly told to avoid wearing turtleneck tops, pencil skirts, business suits and all other "properly tailored clothing".

The paper also reports Lorenzana says she was subject to "improper comments" and was reprimanded for dressing sexily - when she clams she was just dressing professionally.

When she complained about the treatment, Lorenzana's court papers say she was stripped of some of her duties, before Citibank approved her request for a transfer to a new branch.

The New York Post says she claims her situation did not improve with the transfer, and she was reprimanded, unfairly according to her, for not signing up enough new customers.

She was fired in August 2009, and her gender discrimination lawsuit is currently in private arbitration.

The paper says that a statement released by Citibank describes the suit as being "without merit."

By model standards, she may or may not be hot. The reason why it's "may" is because models get the benefit of prefessional makeup artists, free designer wardrobe, a personal trainer for fitness and computer airbrushing; possibly plastic surgery too.
