Recently I graduated at UBC and borrow a few years of student loan

but I will be going back to Hong Kong for good, and will be constantly paying back student loan monthly through my CIBC bank account

and I've read about declaring non-resident requires cutting all the ties including driver license, bank account and etc...

so how would I declare non-resident with student loan debt?
