| 93 integra stock radio only tunes 76 - 90 FM
im inclined to beleive that it is set to the japanese standards. is there a way to change it to NA?

yes you're right on that - you need a frequency band expander. fairly cheap. might have a buddy that has one kickin around

Or you can visit a sponsor and get hooked up with a new radio.
We have 'em starting at $50 (used) and going up from there.

anyway to bypass or to find out the code for the stock radio?
will be unplugging the radio and replugging.....

If its a JDM radio then its going to be pretty tough to find the code for that one - unless you know somebody that speaks Japanese and can call the dealer in Japan. Even so, thats a longshot.
If it were a USDM radio then grabbing the code from a dealership isn't too tough to do.

bought a deck from visions,
do i really need the alpine wiring harness or is the deck wires good enough?

Umm...you kind of need that harness.
Are you sure you know what you are doing? Maybe a shop should install it (hint: a local shop that knows what they're doing - SoundsGood, Rise, Soundworks)

Oh man.
Try to return it and bring it to one of the RS Sponsors (re: SoundsGood, Rise Auto Salon, Soundworks.) They should have sold you at least the harness. I've had good experiences with SoundsGood (orgasm_donor himself) for installs and never had an issue.
