The problem with a lot of these is that they've been spammed with job ads being posted by recruiters such as Hays and McNeill Nakamoto that take a good 30%+ of your paycheque.

yeah you have to use your own discretion and try to differentiate a placement group from an actual employer. it's probably best to just apply directly to whatever company you're interested in.
