I'm helping a friend from Taiwan, 20 years old.
He is visiting Vancouver for the first time and wants to study English here in the summer from July to September.
He doesn't need home-stay. Can be just English classes or English classes with tours around the city after.

Do you guys know any English schools/centres in the lower mainland that offer this or where I can get more information?

Also, he is visiting/studying for 2-3 months here, so would he need a visa or student permit? Where can I get more info about this as well?
