Vacation cottage rentals in interior B.C.

i know should post in Leisure and recreation but thought i would get more traffic here, if mod feels like its in wrong section please move.

I along with a few friends are planning a short 1 or 2 night weekend getaway somewhere in interior B.C. Have any of you rented a cottage or cabin up there and would you recommend it to others? We're looking for 2 bedrooms, around 100-200$ a night, and reasonably well furnished (maybe a bbq? hot tub? etc.)

I know that there are some really nice cottages in Sunshine Coast area but unfortunately we are all still N drivers and bringing 3 cars over for 5 or 6 people to and from the island would be pretty costly which brings me back to the topic.

Thanks a lot for reading, hope to hear some good answers from people since I have never ventured anywhere past North Vancouver and am hoping to finally visit the interior this weekend!

*edit*

due to a change of circumstances, recommendations of places in Victoria/Sunshine coast would also be much appreciated!
