yup i noticed that too, pages would take a bit longer to load
someone in the computer sub forums mentioned about this but i forgot what it's for.

Those are just ads, and they should load fast (usually faster than the site itself). Your ISP is probably taking a dump somewhere along the way. It should pass eventually
