if you google the incident (im actually quite surprised here) but the result headings etc are attacking the two guys doing the interview

"has ambush interviews gone too far?" and the like

and whats more surprising the vast majority of news results are blogs and barely any major news results

you go to cnn and look @ their state oriented news section and there's nothing on it

if they really wanted an interview, they should have presented themselves in a nice manner and ask questions approporiately.

"hi my name is ______ from University of _______ here as a student reporter and if you do not mind, I would like to ask few questions regarding ______."

IF the guy said the words above AND THEN the congressman "attacked" them, then YES, it proves the congressman is a douchebag.
