got a court date for a dispute of allegation that occurred in june of 09.
However, a court date for a dispute of allegation i made in Feb of 09 didnt come yet.
is it possible that, the ticket got thrown out or something? or is this a normal occurance.

Its possible ICBC rejected the ticket for whatever reason. Your best bet is to attend a traffic court registry and see if there is a dispute date set. Bring your copy of the ticket if you still have it, it will speed things up.

Or you can also call the City of Richmond courthouse and select traffic court option to speak with someone. GL.

Or you can call the Violation Ticket Center (search...) and ask as well.
