My crew just recently got a turkey deep fryer.

Wings come out of it amazing, but I think it's time I started branching out.

Does anybody know where I can find myself some pork rind chips so I can make fresh Chicharrón?

I saw some at Superstore once upon a blue moon. No name brand.

Off-Topic but where did you buy a turkey deep fryer?

not off topic, totally relevant to marking rinds without smelling up your house.

Burner gets incredibly hot. Hot enough to smoke saflower oil.
Perfect for doing chicago blue steaks on a cast iron plate. :D
Will post pictures one day.

Cool, sounds good. I'll scout out superstore.

Are there any south american grocery stores around?
