I'm planning to get new wheels and tires, wondering the overall diameter difference of 215/45/17 and 205/60/16 which is 4% would cause any problem with the ABS or any other prob besides off speedometer. From the website that I calculated, it warned me of braking failure and those stuff. any idea?

you mean changing just the tires? you can't put a 17" tire on a 16" rim

if you mean rims and tires, if u calculate 4% difference it's not "too much" as long as you're okay with your speedometer being off, what's more important is the offset of the new wheels vs. old wheels (most likely +55 for a honda)

You can use 5mm spacer, anything higher you're gonna need extended studs

read ppl read! he is planning on getting NEW WHEELS AND TIRES. there are 2 things there, NEW WHEELS and NEW TIRES. so he is most likely getting a 17" rim on a 17" tire!

he is asking if going from a 205/60R16 to a 215/45/R17 is right.

the correct sizing for your 17in rim would be 215/50R17. 215/45 is a tad too small
