Looking for a good carpet cleaner for a basement suite, someone that can actually take out dirty stains etc. And with a good truck mount system. any recommendations?

Are you doing it to get your deposit back before you move out? If so rent a machine and do it yourself. Save alot of money and you are allowed to leave normal stains on a carpet, they can't expect people to live there for x amount of time and not drop anything.

if you rent it from safeway, it's like 75 dollars.
having someone professional to do it is like 90 (chinese guy who does it professionally with the machine in the van). i rather spend the 90 since it's only a fraction of a difference. go look around, it's all over the singtao newspaper.

90 bucks was for a 3000 sq ft house without doing the upper rooms just living rooms / main floors
15X15, i'm not even sure if they will do it in such a small place. go with safeway dude.

Alright, while we are kind of on the subject of house cleaning/maintenance.
I'm thinking of getting my furnace and air ducts cleaned.
Any leads?
