So i haven't seen anything in the OT about GoGo Tea.

For those of you who dont know, Gogo Tea is a Bubble Tea restaurant in Richmond on Garden City near Cambie. Their restaurant is decent looking inside and one of their best qualities is that they dress up. That's right guys Cosplay asian girls in sometimes skimpy outfits serving food and bubble tea.

anyhow a few months ago i went there and they stopped doing the cosplay stuff. which didn't matter to me because well frankly the novelty wore off

Anyways long story short, i went tonight it's gone

Instead replaced by Magnetic Cafe, the name Gogo Tea is gone, but they pretty much serve the same food, the place looks exactly the same, and guess what. Cosplay is back

i didn't take any perv pics cause i was with a lady friend, but one of the twanger girls there had boobs too big for her body and the skirty thing she was wearing was too tight so i guess it was alright

anyhow, that is all.

I agree. Service is terrible. Half the time, those servers aren't even paying attention to anything and it takes forever for their Asian eyes to make it to my big ass waving hand.

On the plus side, they gave us a 10% card for every visit. Yay.

I was so dissapointed when I went last week, the sign was already Magnetic Cafe but their 'Grand Opening' was on July First.

I didn't notice a difference at all, except that they didn't dress up, and the food and service was still shitty. All of the menus and stuff were all the same.

Honestly, the only reason I go there now was for the covered parking on rainy days and the dress up, but since summers here I might as well just only go to Spring Tea... the girls aren't really worth it IMO.

CHB is a bit east of metro. Thank goodness I'm moving back to burnaby, I'm so sick of tea works. Now it's Pearl Drops and CHB for me. Also, side note, they've never mentioned anything about expansion plans, anybody know if they are happy with just the one location?
