I wouldn't be surprise if he is selling you key pump out by keygen program. It would pass all the check until few month later there is an update. too late by than. If you want to buy legit buy it in a box. I sold a legit microsoft office before for $70, just make sure all the hologram and stickers are there.

If you are unsure, why risk it? Could save you 30 bucks down the line anyway.

you can get legit key for under $100 from CL
there is more/cheaper way to get legit copies than futureshop/bestbuy
Altought $30 seems too low... it's pro version, people either go cheap and buy home or spend little more for ultra

ask where he got it and if he has authentic key sticker
