Looking for a black Mercedes SLK that was parked behind this restaurant.

Some mainlander which I'm pretty sure was drunk decided to reverse hard enough to knock my fence and ran off.

for sure ICBC or RCMP won't handle your claim, they just tell you to open a file and call it a day.

Section can be replaced, but I think all that needs to be done is replace the bottom 2x4 and 1x3 board along the bottom.

Having to paint the fence sucks, though. At least it's sunny. Paint will dry in no time. At least no posts look like they were damaged. I think there would be some damage from the post, if the person hit it.

Maybe put up large iron posts just before the fence. Spikes? LOL.

Can you call the cops or ICBC and report this even without a plate? Any report can help ICBC keep a look out if the driver goes to ICBC to have the damaged repair?

The food sucks, I wouldn't recommend it. Ever since new ownership, lots of under ground drinking.

That's why if you ever see nice cars at 3 or 4am in the morning, it's all the mainlanders getting drunk.

A friend of mine did that to his fence. Dumbass kids would kick the fences along the whole subdivision. I guess just because they can. He reinforced his fence boards with metal bars going horizontal every 6 inches. Apparently one of the kids really got hurt thinking it was like any other fence. Broken ankle, LOL.

not sure if you would be able to make a claim with icbc as a hit and run as the damage was caused by a vehicle (if you can prove that to icbc). you would have to pay a deductible though.
