-Alpine head unit
-Alpine V-power 500w rms D-block Amp
-Alpine Type R 10" sub 500w rms
-Re-upholstered passenger seat
-Transaxle seals

When was the last time timing belt was changed?

This car has 190bhp when it was new, not 197. 5700 is quite high for a 4th gen too... If you had a dyno that the car had 197bhp, and lowered the price i might take a look
