Going south bound on Knight st and 33rd ave, some chinese girl in a x5 decide to turn LEFT while the light was still fucking green and I ran right into her.
Front left side of my car is fucked.
She admitted fault but didnt get any witnesses.
Is there anyway she can change the story and try to fuck me?
It would be her fault either way right? Unless she's going to lie and say I ran a red light.

Would it be valid, if someone admits fault, and you use like a camera phone or whatever and record a video of them saying it.

pretty sure it's not your fault cus it happened to my sister, but still icbc sometimes will fuck you over cus they want you to pay the deductible and increase your insurance. A couple of weeks ago my gf's dad got into an accident on new westminster. he was turning left and someone was speeding going straight and hit him...but this is the fuck up part. The kids in the other car ran away..long story short cops came..he had a witness..the other car was a stolen vehical..got a police report....guess what. ICBC saids it's his fault..and it's not a hit and run..that' is dumb..guess cus he was turning left. SO IF You hit somebody..you can run away!..isn't that fuck up

The damages on my vehicle were obvious too. In fact, my car was stationary and I had my foot on the brakes when I was hit. Yet ICBC deemed 50/50 saying that it's possible that I "drifted" my vehicle and swung the rear of my car into the other car.

In most cases, the left turner is suppose to clear the intersection before turning, so it should be her fault (majority of the time).

File the claim right away.

the last few times i got into an accident, i was lucky the person at fault admitted it and it was hassle free with ICBC

i don't think she could pin much on you. just make sure you somehow convey in your claim that you were heading to work but you were not in a hurry to get there. don't want icbc to think that you were speeding which caused the t-bone.

If you can take pictures of the accident, before you drive off to the side or whatever,
sometimes you can clearly tell who hit who then.

You're safe the only card she can pull is the speed through red light card.

But with that she needs proof with witness, if not its he say she say...

and with he say she say ICBC will look at the the possibility of which has a better chance and determine on that.

front left corner, both of us.
I took the majority of the blow because my car is lower.
Front left bummer, fender, and headlight are wrecked.
Plus the steering linkage/tie rods. The front left wheel looked like it was running madtye hellaflush camber when they towed it away.

Everything is sorted out and my car is being repaired.
