Hi Guys,

I heard from a couple buddies that you can watch the fireworks at some spots on Cypress Mountain?

Any inputs?

I'm curious to how its like. We went to Burnaby Mountain few years ago but we barely saw anything. I imagine Cypress would be a better view since its a closer mountain.

Post up guys. Thanks!

Its possible because the Cypress view spot oversees a huge portion of the lower mainland. you can see the alex fraser bridge from Cypress! but GO EARLY!

Yup you get a good view up there but from that distance they are small

Watched it once from there a few years back. You can see it, but everything is really small, I didn't enjoy it. Better to watch it online then from up there IMO.

If you watch if from Cypress, just have you and your friends double-fist lighters, and flick them during the fireworks to augment the fireworks with sparks.

It's like getting hyped up to fuck a hottie with a great body, good looking and great cleavage and when she takes her bra off, her tits go with them.

Cypress does offer a cool, somewhat different view of the fireworks... there are a couple places on the way up that you can pull off, but as others have noted, you have to go **EARLY** because hundreds of other people have the same idea.

Last time we did it, several years ago, there were thunderstorms over Victoria at the same time (perfectly clear over Vancouver though), so it was like two competing light shows. Pretty wild.
