A BNIB Nintendo DSi retails for $179.99 nowadays (plus tax = roughly $200) so saving 10 bucks without a valid receipt doesn't sound like quite the steal (plus it's in Baby Blue, while Black and White are also both available in stores --->

I did buy my perfect condition baby blue DSi (almost BNIB. Used only a couple times upon opening I believe) from a fellow RevScene member for
100 bucks flat, so you may consider wanting to drop down that price. Baby blue DSi's are a bit harder to sell at higher prices.
Unless of course you're referring to the DSi XL, in which case it is in fact $199 prior to tax. But that means you still got your info wrong so an edit would still be needed.
Plus that pic that you promised to update with never really showed, so that might help
