Shaw's not that much better for reliabililty.
I remember a couple months ago there was some heavy rain and my internet went to shit for a couple days. Every time it went windy my internet would start freezing.

never had problems with shaw... it only ever goes down when they want to do maintenance, which they let you know about a few days ahead of time, and it's done at like 3am.
maybe its just my hood
