i was just watching 20/20 & saw this guy name david smith change his whole life around in just 2 years time which is incredible
this dude got mad skills cuz after he went from super fat slob to good looking guy, the time he went on the dating scene he scored a 3 way with 2 girls in a back seat of a car
beware: there is some pics of floppy skin & it might be disgusting/NSFW
(hope it's not a repost)
Really interesting article.

Title isn't quite accurate. He LOST 410 pounds, down from 630 to start with. Awesome achievement obviously!

Dude, that's pro.
Getting skin removed like this is one of the few cosmetic surgeries I'm pro for.
He also looks GOOOOD.
Wish I had the motivation to bulk up like that.

Simply incredible. Losing 40lbs is already hard for some people, let alone 410lbs.

The best part is, he was able to do it without surgery, so he won't die when he turns 65. No cardio either :)
Eat right, lift weights!
