I recently watched all 5 or 6 of them. After the second one, they were pretty much pure shit.

I really like that the plot twists reference material that may have happened several movies before. Like files in a desk, or an unopened door, ... that went unnoticed in the previous films. Shows that the writers at least had an idea going forward and each film isn't just slapped together.

I don't like the commercials for this one, it seems like they've given away the majority of the traps. :(

Sure its cheesy...there is a market for cheese movies, cult films, blaxpoitation, grindhouse b-grade films, etc. I watch what I can, too bad they aren't that readily available or in very select theatres.

agreed. and i hate how the trend is making moves add "3D" at the end of their movie titles. As if the fact that its 3d has anyhting to do with the actual screen play or something. Its like how back in the 90's N64 games had '64' at the end of their games. Like mario 64, duke nukem 64 etc. Except Nintendo 64 was cool.
