wait let me see if I understand correctly:
Your PC has a DVI output and an HDMI output, DVI is connected to the monitor and HDMI to the TV, right? if so, I think you can set it up as dual screen (or sometimes called dualview)so you can, for example, set your monitor as your primary screen and your tv as your secondary. You can game on your monitor and say if you want to watch stuff on VLC or whatever you can drag it across the screen to your TV. If your computer is decent enough you can actually do both at the same time, game on your monitor and watch tv on your TV screen. If I misunderstood you then I am sorry haha

ALL on one card? i dont think its possible, unless maybe you get a tv tuner card...
The ATI HD 5000 series cards can do it ... :)

any video card with two DVIs and HDMI can do it
two monitors or one TV, not all three at the same time
surprised you dont know that already, for someone running $2000 rig ;)

if he goes dual videos maybe..
but getting a tv tuner card would do it, and cheaper then 2 video cards..\
or look into ATi cards... they are better for video/tv stuff..
