Emergency crews have blocked off any entrances into the vicinity of No.1 road and Francis in Richmond. Don't know what happened, but looks pretty serious (probably a fire or something) About 3-4 fire trucks and police on scene. Just giving a heads up to avoid that area.

T-bone on minoru, someone turned right onto minoru off westminster, and someone turned left out of those complexes on minoru (right hand side) and big ass collision
