In my complex/apartment there's a well-kept swimming pool, and I usually go swim there 4 days every week.

I just came back from swimming and I got out way earlier than I usually stay there for. I usually do about 15 laps, today I did two, and then I noticed in the pool I my chest was itching and my stomach aswell.

My lips got unusually more chapped and I felt that something was wrong, so I got out of the pool, went to changeroom and checked myself out.

My face was all red, same with my upper body. There was alot of whitish/reddish spots or bumps on my face, and upper body, like chest and lower abdominals

I've never had a problem before with 2 years of swimming and now it just happens, not sure what to think. The pool is usually very well-kept by the owners, cleaned every morning, not sure what happened. It was very itchy and red all over my skin, but I used a home remedy to sooth the itching and the bumps, by using cucumber extract. It worked pretty well but I usually swim alot and I don't want to stop this source of daily cardio.

Could anyone give me some insight on this? Solutions, how to avoid, etc. I have pretty sensitive skin.

Thanks for your thoughtful response. It's really great to see that in a serious forum, you barge into a thread just to post a bullshit response thinking it's funny. Are you proud of yourself you dumbfuck?

Stop swimming for now. Call the Doctor or if you have one, a Dermatologist.
