Costume. The table was thick enough to have the girl bent over and the rest of the body hidden in it.

There are so many different variations, but I'm sure they all use a similar principle.

Basically the tiger was lying flat in a hidden compartment on top of the box. When the drape came down, the floor of the hidden compartment lowers using ropes. As it lowers, the girl inside lays down flat on the bottom of the box. Eventually, the girl is lying flat on the bottom and the tiger is on top of her.

The girl who appeared behind the judges was an identical twin sister, wearing a copy of the jacket (that's why he asked him to remove any belongings from his pocket).

Yes, most likely. But why ruin a good illusion on TV? Besides, both jackets would have been his - one that he wore, and the backup jacket all TV hosts will have in the dressing room.

...why is that giving it away? You can see the hole at the top of the box the whole time. She sits straight up in it a moment before.

And you can see the top of the box the whole time. Nothing happens there.

The most impressive thing in these magic tricks is the engineering of the props, IMO
