I would recommend the Four Seasons if you're looking in Vancouver and have some decent experience. They're one of the few unionized hotels which means that they pay better and you get paid for some (sometimes even most) of your overtime which is better than industry standard. Also I happen to know they're a bit short staffed (or were about a month ago).

The casinos and hotels are almost always hiring as they need to staff around the clock... that said to get hired you often need to be willing to work around the clock.
