Recently I found out my company covers up to $500 for seeing Dietcian.
Is there any good one in lower mainland ? How much is it as per session and what do they provide ?

Shitty advice based on incorrect and outdated notions, for the most part.

yes, very bad for healthy advice. Try a holistic nutritionist or naturopathic physician if you have coverage

Most people who have shitty diets know they have shitty diets. You don't need some fat nutritionist to tell you that.

if it's absolutely free and you're curious then go check it out...
and report back what the dietician tells you

Actually there is one site I can recommend. These guys (http://fit4younutrition.com/) take the "food pyramid" that most nutritionists base their directions on, and flip it upside-down.
She just had a baby like last week though, so I don't think she's taking clients atm. She can probably direct you to a peer who also knows what they're talking about though, so do contact her if you're going to go through with this :)
