When was this written.... just read the first few pages and most of it isn't really true.... unless you go to Tony's Used auto sales where everyone wears fur coats and gold chains...

We actually use that article as a bible at work.
Sales people have definitely changed but unfortunately the image, for the most part, remains the same.
