i do this all the time in Vietnam. I wouldnt do it wearing khakis and a polo like that guy but in the proper clothing who cares. It's fuckin hot.

I see this all the time in Hong Kong too. It's disgusting.

Even worse though, is the fact that Asians typically don't wear deodorant. Going on the MTR in the afternoon is fucking disgusting. Actually going anywhere is bad, I have gagged a few times from putrid BO and rotten clothes from improper care.

This was happening everywhere in Chongqing when I was there last month. I thought it was weird, but it was so hot out I kinda wish I could have done it too!
