WTF are the owners doing, letting their cat out? They live on a busy street so it's not a far stretch that the cat could easily get run over. The cameras were installed due to recent thefts, so why wouldn't they be more proactive in keeping their cat out of harms way (thugs). Maybe if they were more responsible, the opportunity for shit like this to happen wouldn't exist.
