according to tohe article: the psychologists all think he shot his boss 16 times in the head just so he could become the boss... and it goes on to talk about the recent criminals who made it big all commited serious crime when they were young (under 20s) hence this kid (17) popped his boss' head just to show the guys how crazy & ruthless he can be
