it's pretty good, i got their astro neumatic one (blue/yellow one) a few years back, it's lower profile than that $100 one and very sturdy. aside from the squeeking cuz i havent serviced it, it's awesome after 5 years. It's a shop jack though cuz it weighs a ton.

Err, the KMS one is a steel jack... it is likely 60lbs compared to the 25 or so of the Princess jack. It is hardly a small difference and the specific reason why I mentioned if the use was portable, it would be useful.
