I saw a white gtr being towed by the rear wheel (middle picture of the X) on Main + Pacific just this past friday. :(

Lol, his tranny is LeScrewed.... Unless these are police officers actually have a brain and by chance dsiconnected the rear driveshaft. Who wants to start a pole?

NYPD's traffic enforcement division does their own towing and impoundment... not contracted out.
