Or search the CHBA website for quality companies

Please remember that you get what you pay for when looking for a company who does renovations. As John Ruskin so eloquently said:

"It is unwise to pay too much, but it is worse to pay too little.

When you pay too much, you lose a little money...that is all.

When you pay too little you sometimes lose everything, because the thing you bought was incapable of doing the things it was bought to do.

The common law of business balance prohibits paying a little and getting a lot...it cannot be done.

If you deal with the lowest bidder it is well to add something for the risk you run.

And if you do that, you will have enough to pay for something better."

stay away from these guys:

Daniel, Arturo, and Alex Chang...

All three of them run seperate little companies, however they never finish the work, and nothing is to code, and the workmanship is just horrible.

I know its a long shot that you will run into these guys, but just incase.

Depend on how big your budget is, you can go look for companies who have won georgie awards if you wanna go high end. If not, look around your neighbourhood. You'll usually see some renovations going on, take a look at it, talk to your neighbour. This way you at least get to see their work and the feedback from their customers. IMO word of mouth from your family and friends would be the best and not just go look some up randomly online.

What exactly are you planning to do in your bedroom and bath? If it's just simple re-tiling or new cabinetry plus counters, you can do it yourself if you do some homework ahead of time.
