the family car needs new tires & my dad was wondering if anyone here know places with any good deals going on with in end of this year cuz my dads planning on getting 4 new sets somewhere in the following months (hes gonna be out of town in a few months before getting changing them)

my uncle says costco is pretty decent but we don't have a costco card, while my dad has michelin all season tires on right now & was wondering what other good brand are there that are trust worthy

Costco in the states.

If I remember correctly you don't need a Costco card to get your tires changed there.

.... oorrrrr you could just get tires here at costco......

unless your "dad" really cares if he spends a few dollars this way or that way.

If you know anyone with a Costco Card they can purchase them as a gift .Basically you give the person with the Costco Card the cash and then they purchase them as a gift for you, this way you get the warranty (road hazard ,rotations etc..)
Costco has a $70rebate (for 4 tires) on Bridgestone at the moment,Michelin rebate should be out shortly(if past years are any indication)

The Gifting is used a lot for parents buying tires for their kids i.e. kids are attending school out of town or just don't live with parents.I don't see why you couldn't do it between any individual though.

I would suggest Discount Tires in the states... lifetime balancing, lifetime repairs, limited warranty. Cheap too!

THEY BEAT PRICES (including costco and tirerack)

Sorats got some good deals, got 17" wheels + tires for my Z there and was very happy with it lol.

Surprised no one mentioned anything on the internet, we usually order tires from tirerack/discount tire and have them shipped to pt. robert and pick em up there and pay the tax at the border still save lots. Just got a set of 20" tires for the venza last week for a bit over $700 total

Astra's wheels + tires from "DISCOUNT TIRE DIRECT" (direct not the regular one LOL regular one didn't let me pay by canadian credit card) and they gave $50 off for the tires because there was a deal on the falkens or something.

i bought 4 x bridgestone re960 from costco @ $77 each.. 15" size during their bridgestone sale event.

install was 15 per tire , and they have lifetime repair.. free lifetime rotation ..

well my dad doesn't really want to drive out to far just for tires he thinks it's a hassle just to cross the boarder or drive all the way up to ridge from richmond

he was planning to go to crapdian tires since we buy are light bulbs there but i didn't really like there service, even though they did a decent job im not going with them after Jgresch got his free oil change

my dad looked at SORATS website after i told him about the place (he was like wtf is with this name) & he seems ok with it since its out in north van & they have a pretty good selection (wonder if sorat would give me a RS discount)
