What are some good lounge-ish restaurants on (preferably) West Broadway where the food is good and can do shots and get a little loud?
All your help is much appreciated =] Thanks!
Not really racist!

I'm gonna go with Bonka's recommendation of The New Bohemian. I haven't been there in ages but the place is awesome. The food, service, drinks combined with good music and a fun, mature atmosphere is what I love about it. If you plan on going with a fairly large group (4+) I would suggest calling in advance for reservations to ensure you get your group a good table.

Thanks =] So far I have 8 people confirmed, I'm expecting about 15-20 people there. Would you or anyone know if any options listed above have rooms for private functions? Thanks!

No, sorry. None of the listed establishments have a private room, at least to the best of my knowledge. I do know, however, that Hennessey is good for renting out the whole restaurant given you meet their requirements i.e. number of people attending etc.
You can also try contacting The Wallflower (http://www.thewallflowermoderndiner.com/contact.html) on Main and Broadway to see if they can rent the entire restaurant out to you. I have been there many times for larger groups and they have been very good at accommodating us. The venue is small and intimate enough to have a good time with 15-20 people however I have never had to rent the entire restaurant out. The bar staff are a lot of fun and the food is not bad for the price you pay. Drinks are cheap and premium liquor is available.
