Went to Openroad Honda to order a part. Was promissed part would arrive by a certain date but did not get. This kept going on for sometime before getting pissed off and going to another dealer.

Well...when your car is out of commission and you need a part for it to run, you'd be pissed off too!!!! Waited for weeks for it to arrive only to get the run around!!

And No, I will not go with aftermarket parts!!!!

The service advisors have nothign to do with how long the part takes... Honda probably said 2 weeks, so he just relayed the message. Hes probably as mad aat honda as you are at him..... happens all the time man. Its like getting pissed at your waiter because your food is taking so long.

not to mention, honda has moved our local warehouse in richmond to somewhere in alberta.

uh.. at least thats why my old coworker has told me.

Yeah they moved the parts warehouse to Alberta, mainly due to the additional taxes in BC. Parts Manager from North Shore Acura gave me the whole explanation as to how moving the facility to Alberta was supposed to save Honda Canada like 20 million bucks.

Christian is pretty cool, it's a big company but if he finds out you're not happy, he would personally try to make it right.

I think he's on the radio every morning too.. All my female friends have a crush on him, too bad for them he's happily married I hear.

The guy never said it was back ordered, told me it would be next day! If he had said back ordered, than it's no big deal!
