sorry no, no low ballers please. i can get the car fix by ICBC for free, coz the small accident is totally the other party's fault. ICBC told me that after i fix it. i can get the claim number from icbc, and you can call ICBC before you buy it, to confirm that the fix won't cost anything.

btw, the headlight is not broken, just scratches, it can be polished off easily.
