i was speeding i was going roughly 80-85 in a 50 zone. went head on with a cop then i was pulled over. He came to me accused me of speeding at 110 which i know i wasnt. He then came back with a ticket for driving with undue attention and care. i have my court date this friday, has anyone gotten one of these. other than driver penelty points does this ticket affect me in any other way?

I think this ticket qualifies for the DRP, aka "risk points" which means you pay a $320 premium for 3 years on your insurance. Plus you will have gotten 6 points and have to pay DPP of $300 next time you renew.

$368 + $300 + ($320 x 3) == you're fucked

in the drp what would it go under? i dont think driving with undue attention and care goes under criminal code convictions so i dont know what it goes under.
