I saw one oncoming car have to swerve out of his way, and 3-4 others almost change lanes into him. Going down the double solids is probably safer than lane splitting (cause no one can change lanes into you) but going down the wrong side of the road at those speeds... well he's a dick for that, cause if you hit someone like that, the rider won't be the only dead one.
