in china, the pecking order on the road goes like this

no license -> military license -> police license -> regular joe blow

those that dare to drive with no license are usually very loaded and connected.:rofl::rofl::rofl:

oh shit lol i didnt know it was like that, i went to dubai two years ago and it was the same NO ONE had a license there, i talked to the hotel shuttle driver and he said basically he got his dads/uncles/friends car started practicing manual and thats it, but i thought china would have alot more control over this kind of stuff because of the population.
