It was her dad.

She was saying how she hates korea and then told the guy who was recording the incident to post it up on youtube.

From what I got the vid, the girl isn't originally from korea and her korean isn't all that good. She apologized twice but the granny didn't stop. Apparently she got the granny's pants dirty with mud. The granny basically starts to scold her and starts making fun of her korean and calling her mom a whore.

It wasn't a matter of giving up your seat but because the girl apparently got some mud stain on the granny.
