I show up @ the intersection where all the lights are red..there is a left turn car in the let lane..and a right turn car in my lane..

so, left turn signal turns on..and i am like sweet..now the right turn guy can turn...

I usually just do a short friendly honk cause sometimes people aren't paying attention.

Or when there are sensors in the left lane and also a left turn light I usually go into the left lane if I'm the second or third car in line, then I stop right on the last sensor, so the left turn light comes on.

Sometimes it isn't about leaving the house earlier. It's just that you want to go and sitting there behind that right turn guy can be fustrating.

Just like when you are in the left turn lane to turn left and the car infront of you doesn't turn left and waits for the left turn signal on the next rotation.
