I searched and I already know there's a thread but wanted to create my own.

My parents are looking to buy a new car, possible a corolla or camry. I wanted to know what dealerships are good to check out where the service is good. I heard the richmond toyota is pretty bad. Any recommendations based on your experiences? thanks in advance

Regency Toyota on Kingsway is awesome. My dad purchased a new Corolla in August, our salesman was thorough and accommodating. That is probably because of friend referral haha.

Richmond Toyota is a piece of shit.

+1 on regency toyota. my dad purched a new corolla 2 years back and the sales guy was really nice and threw in some all weather mats and mud guards

Regency Toyota Kingsway and 12th.

The middle-aged chinese dude who helped my uncle there was awesome. Same goes for another salesperson when he was helping my parents.

Ken Stephenson(sp?) at Downtown Toyota. Really nice guy. That's where we bought the Prius from. I bought my Lexus ES300 at Regency Toyota on Kingsway, and the sales people there were fools - really shitty service.

Talk to Jim Sali. He's the Fleet Sales Manager of Destination Auto. He covers Honda, Toyota and Hyundai. Been in the business for 25 years.

i got my toyota at kingsway and 12th. worst salesman ever. service was crap for me and he was really pushy. i mentioned that i wanted a brand new spanking car and was willing to wait. when the car arrived it had 100+km with scratches and buff marks. i went and talk to a manager and the next car that arrived had roughly 10km. avoid peter chau.

Regency Toyota here too. My parents are loyal Toyota customers.

I forgot the name of the sales guy that helped my parents out, but we bought a Sienna and now a RAV4 from them

As for me, I don't drive a toyota..lol

We just got new base model corolla from Ron to use as an eveyday car from Granville Toyota, picking it up tomorrow. We're paying no down payment and got $2000 off from the sticker price, shocking that before the recalls Toyota would never give any sort of discount but Ron was a great guy, very funny and a straight shooter. No BS.

Experienced the open road difference two months ago on the venza, no complaints and salesman called to check up on we liked the car afterwards. Also invited to a new owners party, Frank Wong btw
