it`s not modded my last one was modded, this one is fresh from microsoft the last one had rings of DEATH lol! If you wanna get it flashed my friend will do it. TO CLEAR THE RECORD this is factory Basically UN used BLACK XBOX elite edition. with all the accessories that come with it.
