hello everybody. at the summer meet performance auto & sound was out signing people up for a 2 year subscription to the magazine. me and a couple of my buddies signed up but havent recieved a magazine yet.

has anybody else had this problem

It was 5 bucks. I haven't gotten mine yet, but the latest issue was on the magazine rack at Walmart.

plus i think its 3 months before they start sending you magazines something stupid like that from what i remember.

Well I signed up at DTP. Took me 3 months to receive the first issue.

Dark0821 and I signed up for a 2-year subscription at the same time for PAS at one of the DTP events (can't remember if it was 06 or 07) and in the end he got like 3 or 4 more magazines than I did. =_=

I called PAS about why so long, and turned out, they said no information on my name and so.....and more piss off, is they said:" if you signed up on the show, sometime happen, you unlucky...."
and they said offer me 1 year for 14.99 and 1 year free. the stock prize is 19.99, so they said i paid $5 and they giving me $5 discount, that make no sense. i won't buy it again.
what a bad service. i won't support PAS until they give me what i pay for.

I'm not too worried about it. Not a big fan of PAS anyway. Only signed up cause it was only 5$.. Usually buy dsport, honda tuning n sometimes superstreet anyway. Have too many magazines I only flip through once.

I called and emailed with no one willing to help or respond.

I stopped buying PAS mag because of it.

ok guys i was pretty pissed about not recieving my pas mags. not that i care i lost $5 bucks. what pissed me off more is the ethics behind it.

BUT. i finally called them today, and for some reason they have me in the system but under the wrong address. so they updated my info and said that they'll send me the 2 issues i missed. so i asked about my buddy. once again, they have him in the system but under the wrong address.

Yup, I had to check the date of the thread to see if it was regurgitated shite from the old days. Glad to see PAS is up to their old tactics. What surprised me is that RS hopped into bed with them with their poor history.

If they were the only Canadian mag out there, I could understand. But Modified's editor is from Toronto and does a lot of work out there. Imho, they would have been better than those shitball scammers at PAS.
