try using www.4shared.com . Been using that site for about two years. It even tells you the bitrate of the songs so you'll know if its good quality.

i still think torrenting is the way to go.

you can select what songs you want to download, and it's easier to get discographies. You can find a bunch of music you never knew existed by torrenting

torrents.

if not

Google: [song name here] mediafire

or I stream music using Grooveshark (http://grooveshark.com). Best streaming music player imo. It's free too. And the "radio" function is a great way to find new music.

I mostly use torrents too getting whole albums and discographies.

If I really just want a single song, i use filestube.com it's good for movies too and you can view them on megavideo for some of them if you filter it right.

If you're a torrent user and want to find single songs, loudtronix has em.

I can't believe people still use Limewire. It's like using a rotary telephone.

Use torrents. You can even download single songs from an album when you download from a torrent, just select the song you want.

+1 for beemp3
just make sure you look at the song length before you download. Some of the songs are BS but the DL speed is pretty good
