Hi all,
My fiancee was t-boned at an intersection early this morning. Long story short,
the other driver was at fault, my fiancee is banged up pretty bad. I want to find a good lawyer that will help her get everything she deserves and that ICBC wont screw her around.
Thanks.

He is the best,ICBC shits bricks everytime they hear this name.
I have used him a few times and I know many other people that had him represent them too.

Stayaway from those injury lawyers that advertise on tv,they are not that good,if they were as good as they say they are, they would not need to advertise with commercials.

I had a great experience with Joel D Zanatta.
Sat in for a free consultation, he took my case, I went on with my life for the next month.
Called me and told me a month later whether I wanted to take the settlement that was a five fold increase of what ICBC was originally offering.
Said yes, went to the his office, signed my papers and got my cheque, walked out the door happily.
33% contingency but it was worth it since I still walked away with more than 3x the original offer ICBC had.

Hope she makes a full recovery man.
Was she hit on the driver's or passenger side?
Hey question, do you guys go see a lawyer AFTER they give you an offer or before?

please don't talk about your case in detail online. It might not benefit you in court.

(disclaimer: not legal advice) If you want to know what you should be looking for in a PI lawyer, PM me. You don't need to rush in to retaining a lawyer if the accident just happened.

Doesn't matter, as long as you retain one. The offer will change anyways once you get a lawyer.
With that said, if ICBC offers you a settlement you're happy with, no point getting a lawyer though.

Is he a trial lawyer? And how much percentage does he charge?
And has anyone heard of Daryl Brown?
